When someone takes a long time to reply, leaves you on read, or seems to be ignoring your messages.

People have lives outside of their phones. A slow reply almost never means what your RSD is telling you it means.
Key Insight
Think about the last time you didn't reply quickly. Was it because you hated the person? Or were you busy, tired, overwhelmed, or just forgot? Others are the same.
One Thing To Do
Put your phone in another room for an hour. Do something absorbing. When you come back, the reply will either be there or you'll care less.
